1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The item delivered is incorrect
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date

2. Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue is required
  • Refunds are not accepted for change of mind or opened trading card packs (to preserve value and authenticity)

3. Process

To initiate a return or refund, contact us at info.limsupply@gmail.com with your order number and evidence. Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
